Damas Business Development Plan 2019

On 20th May 2019, Damas Company Private Limited and its sister companies organized a seminar in order to outline a strategic business plan for the organization. During the seminar discussion our Directors, Department heads and middle management staffs raised several current problematic issues and submitted ideas for a strategic development plan.

The seminar began with the recitation of the holy Quran. An introduction to the meeting and a brief history of Damas group followed. The opening remarks were presided over by Mr. Ahmed Salih, the Deputy Managing Director.

After DMD’s speech, all the Department heads were given a chance to brief about their department operations. Tangible targets and achievements were highlighted in this segment. This was followed by group discussions in which valuable ideas and proposals for the betterment of the company were deliberated in an open forum.

After a productive session, the closing speech was given by the Managing Director, Mr. Abdulla Salih in which he emphasized the importance of building a better relationship between the company and its loyal customers.

At the end of the seminar, all participants were invited to attend for refreshments and a lucky draw amongst the invitees. All in all, the seminar turned out to be a very successful event.
