Medica Hospital has successfully concluded customer care training to celebrate the ending of Customer Care Week 2019.
The customer care training held at Marble Hotel, which was attended by all respective departments of the hospital and was lectured by the Learning & Development Manager of Bank of Maldives PLC, Mr. Ahmed Ashraf.
Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers daily. This years’ customer care week focuses on Magic of Service.
Participants gained hands-on experience by working both individually and were shared as their opinion views benchmarking on areas to focus on developing further at the end of the training.
